Kestrels do, but they don't generally build nests. Possibly a house wren (or any other kind of wren), tufted titmouse (stop that giggling!), or a nuthatch.
Either way you look at it, they're gonna be goofy looking (downright hideous) for about a week or so and then they're gonna be cute as hell.
We documented our robin eggs from laying to when they flew the nest. It was great for the kids. You can check out the album here if you're interested. I hope she comes back and lays another set of eggs this year.

we just found one of these in grandmothers outside light fixture, no eggs though...later..
